Why Crawl Space Repair Is Essential in Parma Located in Cuyahoga County, Parma experiences significant seasonal fluctuations, from humid summers averaging 72% humidity to snowy winters with annual snowfall often surpassing 55 inches. These conditions frequently cause moisture issues within crawl spaces, especially in Parma’s many homes built in the mid-20th century, typically between 1940–1970. Homes from this era often lack proper waterproofing and insulation, making them particularly vulnerable to mold, wood rot, structural issues, and pest invasions.

Say About Us!
I can’t begin to explain the high level of service I received last night. To give the back story, we sold our house and needed some work done after the inspection. We needed some water pumped out and a new pump in our crawl space. Matt took my call at 5:30 PM at night and took the time to listen to the entirety of my issue. He made it clear he understood that timing was important as the issue could hold up/kill our deal. He told us he’d be there by 7:30 and he showed up on time and immediately got to work pumping. After pumping the water he went down and determined the pump was dead and we needed a replacement. By 10:00 pm the pump was replaced, I was hooked up to the wifi and could see all the statuses and had a full understanding of how it worked. He was kind enough to check around to see if we had other issues and let us know if we needed anything else done. He even took pictures and a video to share with our buyers to give some piece of mind and could potentially save the deal. I can say for certain I’ve never felt more relieved. I called 6 other places. 5 of which didn’t answer and I got sent to voicemail and 1 other who said I’d receive a call to schedule and never did. It was an incredible experience and would highly recommend and already have recommended him to family for some work they need done. If I ever need anything in the future he will be the first call.
