We had a great experience with Pro Crawlspace Repair. Our project was a little more involved than a typical crawlspace job because we also had structural repairs that needed to be addressed. I really appreciated that they required us to have a structural engineer evaluate the home and provide an engineering report before moving forward with the structural work. That gave us confidence that the repairs were being done based on an engineer’s recommendations rather than guesswork. From the structural repairs through the crawlspace work, the entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They took the time to explain the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure the work was done correctly. The crew was respectful of our home, worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. After dealing with a stressful home repair, it was a huge relief to have the structural issues addressed and the crawlspace properly taken care of. Highly recommend pro crawlspace repair. We had our crawlspace encapsulated and were very happy with Matt & his team from start to finish.  Communication was clear,  quote was transparent (and significantly more affordable than other quotes), and job was completed quickly with no mess left behind. Matt and his team just finished up a major project for our residence and we were beyond impressed! His pricing was fair, team was professional and efficient and their work was excellent quality. we ended up getting 5 quotes in total before deciding to go with pro crawlspace and their initial impression blew away all the other quotes from the commercial business and other competitors . Omg! Fantastic company. Had several estimates for full crawlspace encapsulation and they were way under the other 4-5 estimates I had. No high pressure or scare tactics (unlike the other nameless companies). They came in; respected my home by blocking/taping off everything; they cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job. My crawlspace used to creep me out, but now it’s bright and comfortable. In fact, this was first time I actually went fully into it.  I actually booked another job with this company. I highly recommend Matt and his team at Pro Crawlspace Repair. The before and after of my crawlspace is truly night and day. I originally called them because I had a terrible draft coming up through my floors and was worried about losing heat in the winter and the risk of frozen pipes. I also wanted to relocate my water main shutoff valve to a place where it would be easy to access if I ever needed to shut the water off while traveling or in an emergency. Their team cleaned out what looked like decades of debris from the crawlspace and then sealed everything properly. They installed insulation, a vapor barrier, and made sure all the joints and openings were sealed so the space is now protected and efficient. The crew was professional, on time, and did exactly what they said they would do. They also identified a few small issues while they were working and fixed them quickly. I always said I would never go down into my crawlspace, but after seeing the difference they made, I actually went down to inspect the work myself. That’s how much better it looked. While we decided not to move forward with the project, we were so appreciative of Matt’s approach to work - he truly puts the customer first, and clearly prioritizes the well being of both his customers and his staff. I highly recommend Matt and his team at Pro Crawlspace Repair! They removed mold, encapsulated my crawlspace, and added a new sump pump in the summer of 2024. Now over a year and a half later, the crawlspace is still bone dry, and the mold has not returned. I chose Pro Crawlspace Repair because, unlike some of the more established crawlspace/foundations repair companies in town, Matt didn't try to use scare tactics or bully me into buying his services. He calmly explained my options, and even found ways for me to save money (using my own dehumidifier that I had already purchased) to keep the costs lower. He gave me the lowest quote out of any of the companies I talked to, and so far his work has held up flawlessly! I've also had another engineer in the crawlspace, and they have remarked at how well the crawlspace was done - he said that everything was 'by the book!' I can't recommend Pro Crawlspace Repair highly enough!
